This is a fun, free guided vinyasa flow yoga class for all teens and all levels. Learn how to use all your muscles, find and open up your chakras, experience a yoga community, and just have fun meeting new yogis and teens. (Parents are invited to take the 10:30 Basics class!)Bring: water, yoga mat (or borrow one), towel (or $1 for rental), signed permission waiver if your under 18 and your lovely self!Note: You must have a signed permission waiver to participate (signed by parents if under 18)
