Kids Yoga (5-11 yrs)

Yoga for kids 5-11 years old. In a safe, positive environment, kids will be introduced to yoga while having fun! Bring a water bottle. Mats are free the first class, $1 to rent after that.
Parents are required to stay on premises and encouraged to take a yoga class of their own. Parents are expected to pick up children by or before 5:10 pm. Please preregister each child individually using our online system. As with all classes, we will hold your reservation(s) until 5 minutes before class
