Celebrating Women's History Month, the Mining Museum presents: Women in Mining. This event features storytellers…renowned John Stansfield will perform in the morning, portraying Dr. Charles F. Gardiner, who provided care in Colorado’s early mining camps. Also, Trisha Dudding, with the rags to riches story of Baby Doe Tabor, and author Nancy Oswald, who will portray characters from her sweet book: Rescue at Poverty Gulch, will perform in the afternoon. Also, terrific hands-on activities!
