Some unseen force must be drawing them together. Something no one can explain. It was one shawarma shop. Then another. And another. Now downtown Colorado Springs is experiencing a bona fide shawarma explosion.

It's perfectly understandable to see the Seared Lamb Loin at Nosh, with it's delicate bonnet of mint and shallot salad and a bright drizzle of sweet chutney, as a sign of the Blue Star's stylish expertise. (Full review)
