Pete Lee, Democratic candidate for State Representative in House District 18, will speak on "Restorative Justice in a Civil Rights Framework" when the Colorado Springs Branch NAACP hosts its 91st Birthday Celebration, 3 pm, Nov. 22, at Hillside Community Center, 901 S. Institute Street. A member of the board of the Pikes Peak Restorative Justice Council, Lee is an attorney who practiced law for 25 years, specializing in representing individuals and small business owners in employment, equal employment opportunity and litigation matters.
