Smokebrush Gallery presents new paintings by Encho Avramov opening November 6, 5-8pm and continuing through November 25.

Avramov infuses his new body of paintings with dramatic character by contrasting contemporary Byzantine iconography with abstract expressionism and conceptualism. The result is a dialogue between paintings pondering visual existence versus visual absence.

Open: Fri. Nov. 6, 5-8pm and Sat. Nov. 7, Noon - 5pm, and Mon. - Fri. Noon - 5pm, and by appt.
