Jay Parker with the Smuggler Mine will discuss explosives in mining and small independent firework displays. Mr. Parker has an extensive background in mining explosives and is a member of the following organizations:

Roaring Fork Mine Rescue Group, International society of Explosive Engineers – CO Chapter, International Society of Bomb Technicians & Investigators, Rocky Mountain Pyrotechnic Guild.
