Firstly, since there is only one parking lot you are forced to pay $20 to park. I unfortunately bought tickets for a 2 day event so I had to pay $40. Secondly, many vendors inside the theatre only take cash. There is one atm, where people seriously waited for an hour to use. I was unfortunate to find out why. During the main show I went to get cash from the machine. Nobody was there but a guy. Thought he was security. I began using the machine and found it took too long. The guy standing there was actually there to work the machines antenna to try to find a signal. After about 7 min of waiting I was unable to get cash because he couldnt find a signal. Wierd because I had 4 bars on my phone. Thirdly, DO NOT PAY EXTRA FOR SEATS PEOPLE. I usually get seats because they are usually in a covered area. None of the seats are covered if it rains. PS no umbrellas. Also, the venue is so small if you get a good place on the lawn it would be equal to a seat as far as seeing the band. You just have to arrive early (which shouldnt be hard because most Atlantans arrive late for events). This is the only reason I gave the venue 2 stars. Lastly,to any adult beverage drinkers you are going to want to drink before you arrive. Strike 1,no alcohol is allowed inside. Strike 2, we waited an hour to get a drink from the vendor. They were nice, but slow. They even smiled when people got restless. But they didnt speed up. I missed an entire performance from one of the performers. I didnt mind because I wasnt there to see them perform. But people were getting upset with the wait. When we were able to order we found out they ran out of some drinks. This caused more irritation and tension in the long line. Lastly, during the main performance I decided to go get a drink because nobody was in line. When I tried to purchase one they said they could not because all the vendors ran out of paper for credit card receipts (and remember I could not get cash from the atm with no signal). Strike 3. I do believe this venue has potential to get better in the future. I hope so because our community could benefit from places like this if run properly.
