Public speaking - Fear of public speaking, what to say, how to say it. Effective 60 second elevator pitches, How to turn a 60 second into a 1 hour talk.
Networking - Body language, Open and closed groups, Mirroring, Networking No No’s and Know How
Phone Success - How to deal with Gate Keepers, fact finding, getting the results you want, Dealing with negative results, Understanding how to communicate effectively to enable potential clients to understand why they should buy from that company.
How to turn a no into a yes
How to create win win conversations.
Using other peoples language and understanding the power of emotive language.
Effective follow up procedures. Asking for the business, Closing the sale, building rapport and good relationships, Dealing with rejection. How to increase sales through follow up.
The art of letters, proposals and words for business success.
Workshop Structure;
Each workshop will be run over a 6 hour session. Each module will have 3 sections; the opening section will have methods and techniques to be shared by the Mandie Holgate. The middle section will be about understanding how the delegates feel about the training content, at what level they are at and what areas they would like to improve on and then facilitating the delegates to get results. Using coaching throughout the training modules will enable the delegates to understand the module and work to achieve a greater level of success and break down any mind set or skill set issues that are impacting on their performance too. The end section of the session will have time to plan actions and work out what processes will be employed by the delegates for future engagements in these areas.

My training and coaching style is very organic so that whatever level of success a delegate is currently experiencing the modules are tailored to work to the individuals needs. Working in small groups will enable me to ensure that each delegate gains benefit from these modules so that they feel more confident and successful in the areas to be covered. By ensuring that each delegate leaves each workshop with clear goals, understanding and methods to utilise they are able to assess their improvement too. Having worked with professionals from a diverse range of industries I appreciate that for many although they are confident and successful at what they do successful sales and effective communication are challenges that need the right approach to ensure lasting success for the delegate.
I was an automotive body shop manager for 9 years helping the business effectively grow to one of the most successful body shops in East Anglia (20+ staff members). I formulised my studies as a coach in 2007 and have been working as a business coach since then. I’ve been invited to the home office to hear the Home Secretary talk and to the Dti to hear the Women’s minister. I’ve also helped with think tanks for business women and shared the viewpoint of business owners to the Bank of England. I’ve been working with business owners across the Uk for many years helping them grow their businesses without spending sacks of cash on marketing to enable higher profit and success. Also dealing with the issues that stop a business owner from achieving lastinig success in areas such of fear of picking up the phone and public speaking.
