Irish Cusine and Culture Classes
The International Center in collaboration with the Irish American Heritage Museum will hold a six-part class series on Irish Cooking and Culture. The hands-on participatory classes will include a cultural as well as a historic perspective on traditional and modern Irish cooking techniques. Harold Qualters, former chef-owner of Qualters Restaurant, will be the course instructor. Class size will be limited to approximately 20 participants.
