Yoga for Golfers!
A successful round of golf requires a tremendous amount of flexibility, strength and balance. In this workshop we'll work on all three, as they relate specifically to your golf game. Build the body-mind discipline required to remain focused amid challanges on the golf course. In addition we'll practice the most powerful aspect, mindful breathing for rhythm and tempo in your swing. What you learn in this workshop will become second nature on the course.
