Barrier Jacks

Traveling through the Southwestern United States, Jack picked up some great recipes for Tex-Mex cuisine. Floundering off the coast of Southern California was a good time to learn the art of preparing and cooking fresh seafood. A Short trip to the Smokey Mountains resulted in a decade of living there and picking up a knack for smoking and BBQ'ing. Back to the ocean, Cocoa Beach, in 1988, enabled him to share all the great, fun recipes with the likes of Café Marqeaux, Cape Sierra, Moon Hut, and the Hilton. Finally, this old vagabond got serious, deciding to share recipes and style with old and new friends by opening.
