A Short trip to the Smokey Mountains resulted in a decade of living there and picking up a knack for smoking and BBQ'ing. Back to the ocean, Cocoa Beach, in 1988, enabled him to share all the great, fun recipes with the likes of Café Marqeaux, Cape Sierra, Moon Hut, and the Hilton. Finally, this old vagabond got serious, deciding to share recipes and style with old and new friends by opening.
