A half-day workshop for those interested in exploring the connection between Zen Buddhist practice and teaching, and twelve-step work, held by Abbess Myoan Grace Schireson, Zen teacher, psychologist, and founder of Central Valley Zen. The workshop will begin with zen meditation instruction, and will include short lectures, meditation periods, and group discussion. Learn and share about incorporating Zen meditation into our sober and serene lives. Beginners welcome. Anonymity respected.
