i do not understand why you would take a BABY to the movies anyways... no one wants to sit next to a crying baby... and i agree if you take up a seat you should pay for it. but i also understand the lady may have sounded rude when she said it...

Well I have NO idea what this other lady is talking about! I love Clio!! They are all so nice and always try to take care of us customers. Lady you do realize that they were saying that you can't take the car seat into a sold out movie and not pay for it and put it in a seat( because they do fit in the seats) because that takes away from a paying customer. You can take your infant in for free and hold them. I have heard them let customers know that alot and they ARE doing you a favor and they are trying to not have a conflict when you do come in for the sold out show with the carseat. I don't understand how you found it rude that they were trying to let you know that a head of time. So anyways please don't let miss grumpy butt keep you from going to that awesome theater! And Yay to FREEE REFILLS!!

Why is it people behind the counter have the NEED to say rude, non relevant things to the customers that supply them with a job? As my family (3 kids and a husband) go to take our seats in our movie, the lady behind the counter pipes up "on a busy Friday night you'd have to pay for that carseat to sit on a seat. Today, we'll just let it slide." She didn't say this in a manner that makes one feel warm and fuzzy. Oh no, she says it in a way like she is giving us special treatment and we should appreciate this gesture. So fo course, I say "I wouldn't pay for it." She so rudely says back "then you wouldn't get to go in." WHY? Why even bother going there! First of all, the damn carseat can't fit in one of the movie theater seats. DUH! Second of all, I would NEVER pay for my INFANT child to go into the theater with us. NEVER! Which means, you wouldn't get my business I guess. And from here on out, we'll take our $$ and go elsewhere. They all offer FREE REFILLS! People need to take "Customer Service: How to be nice" classes BEFORE they step their arses behind a counter and greet peeople, ughh!
