Christopher Mercer aka Rusko, has raised the bar on genre bending electronic music. Rusko is a DJ /
producer from England, allowing him to be in the heart of the birthplace of dubstep. With the growing
popularity of dubstep, Rusko was able to put his own twist on the genre. His sound differs from the dark dub that was created by the “godfathers” Benga and Skream. Instead Rusko brings a high energy… Show more sound
that mixes in all aspects of the electronic dance movement, with influences from house, drum n bass, and hip hop. Rusko joined U.S record label, Mad Decent, where he released his first album O.M.G.!. and the single Everyday / Lick the Lizard. His latest single Everyday was released in 2011 with three remixes of the song by Netsky, DJ Q, and Original Sin. Rusko’s live high energized show has proved to be a huge success all over the world, and with a new upcoming album expect to hear and see more of him.
