101 Spring Street: building space
Organized by The Pulitzer Foundation for the Arts & Sam Fox School of Design & Visual Arts at Washington University, Judd Foundation Co-President Flavin Judd will speak about the 3-year restoration process of 101 Spring Street, Donald Judd’s New York City home. Purchased in 1968, this is where he installed permanent installations by artists including Dan Flavin, David Novros, & Claes Oldenburg. The project was an amazingly comprehensive restoration of a cast iron building in the city's history.
