Molly Abraham, Detroit News Restaurant Critic: Wood-smoked meats and wood-fired pizzas are the dual theme at Clarkston's newest eatery, a remake of the previous Clarkston Cafe in a circa-1928 red brick building. Proprietor Curt Catallo retained the talented young chef, Aaron Cozadd, who is showing he can handle pulled pork and collard greens just as adeptly as he prepared coq au vin in the previous concept.
