Learn how to preserve fresh summer produce for year-round enjoyment! Come join us on Saturday, August 16, at 10:00 a.m. for a “how-to” class on canning 101. Jenny Even, Extension Educator with OSU in Hamilton County, will teach the basic concepts of what causes food to spoil, how the canning process preserves food, and steps to follow when using the boiling water canning method.
