Evening spin at Elevate Chico

These classes are designed specific for cycling training with a fitness peak at the end of April, 2013, coinciding with the Chico Wildflower. This is the perfect way to gain fitness and confidence.
If you have never attended a spin class then I will help ease you into it and make sure you are safe and comfortable.
All fitness and experience levels are welcome!
Please come prepared with water, athletic shoes, proper cycling attire and a heart rate monitor if you have one.
