A three-time Grammy winner from one of the world's most distinguished musical families, Branford Marsalis is known for his innovative spirit and broad musical scope. This appearance marks the 10th anniversary of Marsalis' quartet featuring pianist Joey Calderazzo, bassist Eric Revis, and drummer Jeff Watts. The quartet will be performing original compositions by all four members as well as featuring Marsalis on tenor, soprano, and alto saxophones.

The oldest of the four musical Marsalis brothers, Branford Marsalis has had an impressive career. After studying at Southern University and Berklee, Branford toured Europe with the Art Blakey big band in the summer of 1980 (playing baritone), played three months with Clark Terry, and then spent five months playing alto with Art Blakey's Jazz Messengers (1981)....
