Division Ale House

Division Ale House is Wicker Park’s premium Irish restaurant and bar. The focus is on high-quality American comfort food (such as organic brined chicken from Norbest Farms in Wisconsin with rye bread stuffing) and authentic Irish dishes (such as housemade slow-roasted corned beef with bacon-braised cabbage and roasted carrots; bangers and mash; shepherd’s pie; fish and chips; and all-day Irish breakfast).

The bar offers 80-ounce beer towers, which are portable tabletop taps fitted with an interior ice cylinder so the brew stays fresh and frosty. There are 14 draft beers with an Irish import and American craft beer focus. There is also a specialty martini list, a rare Irish whiskey list and a trio of house-infused vodkas.

With 11 flat-screen TVs and plenty of seating, you can always catch the day’s top games. The Ale House is an official Blackhawks bar and shows all home and away games.

During the summer, we have outdoor seating on our Division Street sidewalk café. In the winter, you can stay toasty warm in front of the bar’s fireplace.
