The Arts Come Alive in Downtown Highland Park: Winter Mosaics by Local Artists to Line Central Avenue Streetscapes

The 2013 Winter Mosaics project is officially underway in Downtown Highland Park. The submissions have been chosen, and 5 local artists will have their pieces completed and put on display on the gorgeous landscaped streets. The Central Avenue Shopping District will be home to the Great Arts Winter Mosaics from January 15 through March 31, 2013.
The Great Arts Winter Mosaics will create an atmosphere of vibrant and lively winter scenes, while bringing creativity and interest to the community.
