Festival of Punjab being held for the 10th Consecutive year in Richmond Region, bringing fun, entertainment and food along with cultural programs and dances on 31st March, 2012.
The Punjabi Mela is a collective endeavor to promote the Punjabi language, art, culture and literature. This is an important endeavor, especially in the context of Central Virginia and the United States. Over the past several years the greater Richmond area has attracted a large influx of Punjabis from other US states.
