Bone Arts Challenge & Reception
Dipping back into Chester's roots as a manufacturing town, the Chester Historical Society has created its third annual challenge for artists and those with a creative mind. Using bone implement handles made in Chester in the 1930s, 45 artists are creating finished pieces of art, jewelry, sculptures, and more, which will be exhibited and available by silent auction at the reception. Also, Chester chefs are creating hors d'oeuvres for a Taste of Chester, to be served with champagne.
