Steak 38 is one man's solution to a dying tradition. When the restaurant opened up over 10 years ago, nobody was eating meat, he says. That's what owner Joe DiAmore liked to eat and that was good enough for him. So he followed his heart not denying that if you want something done you must do it yourself - in no time, Steak 38 was born. The restaurant has helped rekindle an appreciation for that perfect cut of beef. Not to mention, the delicious, unforgettable taste of fresh seafood. The local diners of Cherry Hill can't get enough! The dining space is eclectic with its collection of mismatched chairs and dishes - its trendy décor was in place long before it was deemed "cosmopolitan." The restaurant upon its completion was so successful that DiAmore had to cut his bar space in half in order to double the seating. The menu features something for everyone with specialties sure to impress those interested in both land and sea classics. Notable selections include the Filet Mignon (center cut filet selected for your enjoyment,) Pork Chops (two of Jersey's finest center cut chops, served with a side of apple sauce,) Crab Imperial (lump crabmeat blended with imperial sauce and baked to perfection) and the Clam Bake (1lb. lobster, clams, mussels, shrimp and fish, steamed and served in their own pot.)
