July 14th and 15th - Civil War Weekend is back. The 9th Battery Massachusetts Volunteers will set up a replica encampment on the Atwood House front lawn. In addition, the 15th Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry group will also take part in the front yard encampment. Rick Spencer, musician and historian, is also back with two new lectures pertaining to popular Civil War-era tunes. Reenactor Norbert Rieke will give a lecture and walk through the proper steps to load, aim, and fire a cannon.
