Go Kids Go! is a FREE community event for children ages 0-12 and their families which aligns with the JLC’s Healthy Child Initiative to improve the mental, dental and physical health of Charlotte’s children. The program encourages and educates children about fun ways to stay active, eating nutritious meals and leading healthy lifestyles. At each Go Kids Go! event, kids will participate in various fun-filled physical activities, learn about nutrition, safety and disease prevention hosted by Presbyterian Hospital’s Community Care Cruiser and make easy, healthy snacks with the JLC's Kids in the Kitchen group. Go Kids Go! is also partnering with Smart Start to provide activities and education to families and their children who are younger than 6 years old.

Parent registration on-site required. Sneakers or athletic shoes suggested. Space is limited. First come, first served.
