Health & Fitness Challenge
Thirty days of training including strength, cross training, endurance, pilates, yoga and boot camp classes. The challenge will include multiple trainers with a variety of days and times to suit all participants. We’ll finish the four weeks with an obstacle course challenge. You compete against no one but yourself. Personal trainers guide you every step of the way to achieve your goals. By Oct. 31, you will look and feel better than ever.
