Workshop – Partners in Pregnancy (One 1.5 hour workshop)
• Learn appropriate yoga asana (poses) for every stage of pregnancy, explore benefits of yoga for child birth & overall well-being.
• Discover deep breathing techniques to assist during times of stress & provide tools for labor/delivery.
• Connect with other moms-to-be.
