A Salute to Julia: Classical French Techniques
In this hands-on class at Salud Cooking School, students will learn how to make classical French dishes from Julia Child's Mastering the Art of French Cooking. Afterward we’ll sit down to eat and discuss our favorite Julia recipes. French wine will be served. Menu to include: pastry turnovers with Roquefort cheese, Coq au Vin, scalloped potatoes with milk and cheese, and upside-down apple tart.
