In this hands-on class at Salud Cooking School, you'll learn the techniques to make some of this French region's most popular dishes. Menu to include: coquilles St. Jacques au saffron (pan-seared scallops in a creamy saffron sauce), Côtes de Porc Normande (brined pork chops with caramelized apples and Calvados cream), gratin aux choufleur (cauliflower gratin) and tarte Bourdaloue (almond pear tart).
