The Greater Bethel AME Church is hosting our First Annual Family Community Health Fair. It will be held February 25, 2012 on the church campus, 5232 The Plaza, Charlotte, NC 28215 from 10am to 4pm. This family event includes a wide range of health profiles and information on issues of concern in our community for all ages. On display will be an interactive, walk through Blood Vessel exhibit. You will receive answers to questions and concerns regarding hypertension.
