Charlotte NC Tours

We hired Charlotte NC Tours to provide our family reunion group with an experienced professional tour guide to provide our Black/African-American Heritage Tour of Charlotte, NC, only to realize at the 11th hour that the guide they sent could not tell us where the Dr.Martin Luther King, Jr. Statue was located. In addition, the guide admitted that they had been conducting tours only two months in the Charlotte area and had only conducted one bus/minibus group tour to date. It added insult to injury when the guide showed up late. We were extremely disappointed and felt jaded because we paid this company $75.00 per hour for an experienced tour guide and they have refused to issue a partial good faith refund.
