Other People

Hey Now!
Did jah know.... Other People are 20 years old this year!
.... 3 out of five original members are in this lineup.(Cito makes 4 of 6 sort of 'cause he was
hangin' & jammin with us & Liquid Sound during that period.)
.... Jerry Garcia was 36 years old when I first saw him play (he wore a ponytail !!!, at the Charlotte
chromedome, Brent's second show (1st in Cali.)
.... in 2 consecutive years, O.P. played the exact same number of shows (on record), between
172 & 175, (numbers to the best of my re-callection). Not quite half the nights of the year,
(180 ),but close to it.
.... Russ, Greg, Ken & I started this in the summer of 1983. In Russ's dad's warehouse
in NoDa before Noda was NoDa. (As we know it.) We're inside trippin',(Really!), while playin',
& local kids are outside, dancin' in the street.!!!
.... Randy came on board in the summer of '85.
