Lamb Roast on the Patio with Robert Sinskey Vineyards
This limited-seating dinner is a collaboration between executive chef Jeremiah Bacon and guests Maria Helm and Robert Sinskey of Robert Sinskey Vineyards in Napa, Calif. Mrs. Sinskey chief cook and culinary director and Mr. Sinskey, vintner and self-proclaimed “daydream believer” will join chef Bacon to form a highly talented team. Formerly of PlumpJack café in San Francisco, Calif., Mrs. Sinskey will assist chef Bacon in the kitchen and Mr. Sinskey will pair wines from Robert Sinskey Vineyards.
