High Cotton Wine Dinner
Pinot and seafood will reign supreme at High Cotton’s delicious wine dinner featuring wines from Anne Amie Vineyards at 6:30 p.m. April 4. Executive Chef Joe Palma will create a five-course menu featuring seafood dishes including Otter Island Oysters Two Ways; Lobster Salad; Charred Portuguese Octopus; Striped Bass en Papillote.
The dinner is $85 per person plus tax and gratuity. Reservations are required and can be made by calling 843-724-3815.
