EnhanceFitness classes are good for first-time exercisers or for those who have been away from exercising for a while. Classes are especially good for people with low endurance and balance limitations. These low-intensity, non-impact workouts include 30 minutes of basic aerobic movements which include balance and coordination, 20 minutes of toning exercises using ankle and wrist weights, and abdominal exercises and stretching at the end of each class.
