Tai Chi Classes
Tai chi Chuan or Tai Chi is a gentle exercise for young and old alike that is often referred to as “moving meditation.” Its movements are usually done slowly and timed evenly to one’s breathing. As one move ends, another begins, keeping the practitioner in a state of constant, flowing motion. Tai Chi allows the student a means of improving strength, flexibility, balance and relaxation. It promotes inner strength while keeping the body relaxed and supple.
