The Buccaneer restaurant, which houses one of the nation’s largest collections of authentic artifacts from the “Golden Age Piracy”, officially opens to the public on Monday, December 1st in downtown Charleston, South Carolina. Operated by the Neighborhood Dining Group (McCrady’s and Queen Anne’s Revenge), under the direction of General Manager Jeffrey Palsa, the restaurant offers a comfortable mix of entertainment, great food and value to the downtown area. Chef Zack Willard, a native of Charleston, mans the kitchen incorporating fresh, locally-caught seafood into the American bistro-meets- low country menu.
