On Wednesday night, 2/17/10, I drove 20 miles to the Parkade Cinemas. Based on their website listing, I expected to catch the 9:00 screening of "Precious." But when I got there at 8:45, I found the building locked and a CLOSED sign on the front door. To add insult to injury, when I arrived home (having driven 40 miles for nothing) and attempted to complain via the "Contact" page of the theater's website, I got a "404" message. Not only do I plan to avoid the Parkade Cinemas from here on out, I will encourage everybody I know to do the same.
