Yogi Bears Children’s Yoga at The Grange
Yoga has enormous benefits for children such as enhancing their flexibility, strength, coordination, body awareness, and concentration as well as improving their sense of calmness and ability to relax. Register your child to join Instructor Jennifer DiCiesare, a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist with Douglas County Fitness, for five 30-minute classes in October.
Ages 3-5 with Parent
This class requires a minimum of 5 participants and a maximum of 12 may register.
