What better way to spend time with your beloved than an afternoon of chocolate, champagne and wine country cuisine? Pastry Chef Ben Spungin will guide guests in creating custom handmade chocolate bars. Wine Director Mark Buzan will lead a tasting of rosé champagnes. Chef Cal Stamenov will create a wine country buffet, featuring an Oyster Bar, Swordfish Paella, and Rosemary Prime Beef and Salted Caramel Ice Cream Sundaes. Live acoustic guitar and Bernardus wines will complete the afternoon.
