About Jan Byars
Jan Byars, Ph D is the founder and president of LeadSync, LLC . She develops leaders from a Values Based Leadership perspective, helping each leader to be more authentic and powerful as they move their organizations forward. Jan has a PhD in Leadership and Organizational Change, a Master of Science in Clinical Counseling and is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor.
She has experience in public and privately held organizations as well as non-profits, non-government organizations (NGOs) and government organizations in industries such as manufacturing, communications, construction, health services and food service.
Jan is an active member of the International Leadership Association. She is Past Chair for the Leadership Development Member Interest Group and Co-Chair for the Ethics Forum Learning Community.
