Food for Thought Dinner Series
Under the collaboration Chef Justin Cogley, Pastry Chef Ron Mendoza the “Food for Thought” monthly dinner series features a four-course meal focusing on one key seasonal ingredient.
August 7 - Stone Fruits (pear, nectarine, cherries, apricot)
September 4 - Tomatoes
October 2 – Potatoes
November 6 – Wild Mushrooms
December 4 - Tree Fruits: apples, pears, quince, persimmon
