Our seats were the best, looking directly at the stage, yet still it was like watching ants perform. The screens were too small for such a venue so all the choreography meant little. The Golden Circle would be the only place to be it seemed, although as the doors opened at 17.30 and without a supporting act the show began only at 21.00. It must have been an endurance test, but I guess worth it. Most of the numbers were from her new album. There were some old ones though they were remixed into oblivion or turned in to Rock numbers so Madonna could show off her electric guitar skills.
It was obvious that greed played a large factor in the planning as the location of the stage was there to maximise profit and not enjoyment. If the stage had been moved closer to the seating, the then lost side seats would have been easily accommodated in the vast open space they called "General Admission".
If booking, book Golden Circle and take plenty of red bulls.

And still reigning as queen. Madonna is the only pop star that hasn't lost her mind (though one could argue she's come close) and who's talent and voice remains exceptional today. She was the first to truly reinvent herself to remain interesting and attractive and her crossover to acting was moderately successful. Would love to catch her live.
