The 13th Annual Way of the Cross, an event organized by the Downtown Council of Churches (Cape Girardeau) begins at noon at the Common Pleas Courthouse gazebo.
The DCC encourages people to come for all or even part the entire walk. The 1.2 mile long route is easy to find up Broadway and down Independence. Bus Transportation is also available.
In the event of rain the event will be moved inside to Old St. Vincent's Church on Spanish Street.
