Sometimes a card that is hand-made can be more touching than one that is store-bought. The City of Cape Parks & Recreation Dept will give children, ages 5-12 yrs, the opportunity to make cards for the special people in their lives at this workshop. Boxes will also be made so that you may have somewhere to keep all your special cards. Bring a shoe box for the project. Pre-registration is required by Feb. 1st.
