The Cape Parks & Recreation Department offers a Boot Camp group fitness class Fridays from 5:30pm - 6:30pm at the Osage Centre Fitness Room. The cost is $3.50 per class. The first class is free. Discount punch cards are also available. Boot Camp incorporates drills designed to enhance agility, speed, power, strength, and quickness.
