The Congressional High School Art Competition was developed as a way to recognize and encourage artistic talent in the nation, and in each individual congressional district.
Students submit entries to their representative’s office, and panels of local artists in each district select the winning entries, which are then displayed for one year at the Capitol in Washington, D.C. This year, Poplar Bluff resident Devin Allison's piece "King Ray" took first place.
Come see the other ten finalists!
