Functional Boot Camp
Kick start your workout with a jam-packed hour of head-to-toe fitness! The program will focus on interval training that builds cardiovascular strength while toning and sculpting the body. This class will benefit the beginner exerciser to the advanced athlete. Bring a mat, water, and jump rope (optional). Instructed by JoAnne Maloney. Held at MetroParks Farm.
